01 Point
Allows the use of Intel(level 1).
02 Points
Allows the use of one reinforcement call per event.
03 Points
Allows the use of Intel(level 2).
04 Points
|Allows the use of one recovery call per event.
05 Points
Allows any reinforcement or recovery call to be swapped for the other (to allow for one of each, or two of one for the event).
06 Points
Allows the use of Intel(level 3). You may now intel gather, finding out small amounts about enemy movements. Ask the refs for information.
07 Points
Allows the use of 3 reinforcement or recovery orders per event. You may also send a scout through the door before a mission to find out information.
08 Points
Allows the use of a single Faction-Specific order per event. Ask the refs for details.
09 Points
Allows the use of Intel(level 4). Instead of sending a scout, you may send up to two attackers through a different entrance.
10 Points
